What defines a great educational implementation?
- Is it an external aspect or an internal, intrinsic quality?
- Is it the students and their performance at the board exams and inter-school competitions? Or
- is it the quality of teachers who train them, guide them and nurture them?
The great Albert Einstein once said, “Education is not the learning of facts, but training the mind to think.”
This is what the mentors of ImProEx believe and implement at every step along the way. Over years of experience in training, coaching, and counselling have realised that the school environment and learning impacts a child for life. Hence it becomes vital that they are taught with care.
Today's young, impressionable minds have to deal with things that go beyond academics; peer pressure, expectations of their families, bullying and even self-identity. Often, the struggle of balancing it all makes them feel inadequate.
They deserve much more. As their guardians, we must encourage their natural curiosity and value their creative expression. While we cannot immediately change the entire academic system, we are certain we can redefine how students respond, learn and evolve.

If one can understand the challenges of a child, one can work towards developing their skills and steer them towards prioritising their life by becoming self-reliant, disciplined and yet mindful students.
What we teach them today will impact the nation 20 years later, and we at ImProEx want to lay the foundation of value-based, lifelong learning in the future citizens of our nation.
How we do it ...
The workshops designed by ImProEx are set up on the belief that the function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence which also has a strong character – that is the goal of true education.
ImProEx with its holistic, integrated approach for schools, brings a set of unique programmes that are customised as per the school's needs and vision. We conduct multiple workshops as per the age-group of the students. These workshops help them understand their own strengths, and teach them to tap into their inner selves for guidance and growth.
By instilling a mindset for lifelong learning, we can ensure that no matter what they choose, they will follow their path with focus, discipline and wholehearted enthusiasm.
The workshops empower them to always make choices that are aligned with their purpose and who they are, without being influenced by what the society compels them to believe they are.
Additionally, we have session’s tailor-made for teachers as well as non-teaching staff, so that the school functions seamlessly and in alignment with the overall goals of the organisation.
Transformation is incomplete until we establish the parent-child-teacher connection. By involving them through our programmes, directly and indirectly, we consciously build a supportive environment for children. Awakened families lead to making this planet a better place.
