As trainers themselves, Ami and Manoj began reworking the training modules from scratch, while refining their content so that it would bring focus on implementation and enhance productivity across industries and services.
In fact the methodology which they began following to consult or train people was based on a primary question,” Why do people not take actions?” What stops them? The methodology they derived answered these questions and was easy to implement, without much of persuasion or force.
By curating their workshops, they designed sessions that were goal specific, action oriented and truly transformational from within. In the process of working on personal as well professional goals, and redefining the organisational structure, shifts were made possible. The impact was far more powerful, because each of the workshops was followed up by continued mentoring, guiding and measurable outcomes.
The first 2 years helped them get a strong foundation, as they offered one on one consulting, where Manoj was involved full-time and Ami juggled her day job with weekend consulting. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and participants started experiencing exponential results. As numbers grew, the bandwidth required to manage became vital. 2 day workshops and 3 month programmes were born, to cater to a wider audience.
When the first workshop happened in April 2018, Ami had to finally make a choice and a decision - to become a full time trainer for her own company - ImProEx Training And Development Pvt Ltd (formerly knows as ImProEx Consulting)
The workshops became life-changing for the participants, and attracted more people to experience a shift in their career graph.
Special workshops were created for children and young adults, in order to steer them in the direction of their dreams, while helping them evolve into individuals who could seek direction from their inner guides.
